A message to our clients regarding COVID-19
As COVID-19 has grown to pandemic levels, we wanted to take the opportunity to reach out to our clients to make you aware of the processes The Garam Group has in place to continue to serve you during uncertain times. Our team has switched to a teleworking model, and as of 3/16, all team members are working from home. Our phone system supports mobility, so there are no changes in how you contact us. At this time, we are still making site visits, but we are limiting those visits to support that can not be done remotely. With the combination of video and remote access tools, we can perform the majority of support operations remotely.
Our commitment to our team members, our clients, and the community remains strong, and we will continue to serve you with the level of support and personal attention you have come to expect from us.
